Ambrose O'Hehir and Mark Cody are safe and at this stage not affected by the floods that surround Walgett. The only road opened at this stage in both directions is the road to Dubbo. The roads to Lightning Ridge, Moree, and to Narabri are all closed due to water over the roads.
The photo's in the slide show depict the level of water in the Namoi River.
Ambrose and myself would like to thank those Brothers who have rung tofind out how we are.

Last night we received tragic news that Campbell Barbour, at only 25 years of age lost his life in a car accident.
Campbell was a valued member of our new Flexible Learning Centre in Hemmant, Brisbane Bayside.
Campbell was an extraordinary person with great humour, compassion, enthusiasm and commitment to working with young people. He was well known in his field of Youth Work and had a unique ability to make a heart connection with all those around him.
Please hold Campbell and his family, friends and colleagues in your thoughts and prayers as we all travel through this sad and difficult time
Jim Gorman who suffered a stroke on Sunday evening and is in the Prince Charles Hospital. He is now showing good signs of improvement and is able to have visitors (short visits only). When visiting, simply ask at reception for directions to the ward.
Brian Sorensen who suffered a back injury during the holidays and will be recuperating at Treacy from Thursday/Friday for a few weeks.
